Back-to-Back Winter Championships!!!

Aweeeeeeesome!

In the last calendar year, the DC Shooters have won two Championships and finished runner-up for the Summer 2012 Season in our D1 Division debut. It's now time to turn our attention to the real prize. HNA 2012-13 Winter Season is here and there is a new challenge in front of us. The Winter brings a 20 game regular season followed by playoffs which will determine League Champions and who gets a ticket to Toronto for the HNA Finals Championship.

Last winter, the DC Shooters became the first DC team to represent the D3 level in Toronto. Those of us who attended the tournament gained great experience and learned what it takes to build a Champion. This Winter season will bring new challenges as we have moved up two levels to D1. Make no mistake, this is where we belong. Everyone who started this same journey last year has improved and we have made some great additions. All of this will make us a very strong team every time we take the ice.

The road to Toronto begins tonight at 10:25pm at Rockville Ice Arena.
