Congratulations to Marta Villamor, winner in the MOST METERS ROWED category for our Member Cardio Challenge. She rowed 29,900 meters (18.57 miles). "It was nice to have an incentive to come to the gym, and all the staff was super supportive!! Looking forward to the next challenge." Marta

It's no suprise that Linda Baron biked the most miles (486,986). This amazing athlete is training for RAGBRAI, Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa (https://ragbrai.com/). Check out this amazing ride - up to 105 miles in one day!
She and our other winner Lynne Orton chose the fabulous Foundation Fitness Fleece for their winter workouts! Their 30 minute Personal Training Session prize with Jenee still coming up! Lynne walked enough to have made it to Lakewood, NJ and Linda biked to Knoxville, TN

Congratulations to Lynne Orton, winner of our MEMBER CARDIO CHALLENGE "STEPS WALKED" category. She walked so many steps she could have made it to New Jersey! Great Job Lynne. You are an inspiration to all! Shout out to Jenee Mosley for creating this challenge!
Come out this Friday evening for a fun time LINE DANCING at Foundation Fitness Gym! Learn the Wobble, the Cupid Shuffle and more fun, new, creative line dancing. Burn calories, get some steps in, challenge your brain and RAISE money for PEACE FOR DC (www.peacefordc.org).
This organization was founded by former Cleveland Park restaurant owner Roger Marmet (Ripple). His 22 year old son was fatally shot while sitting in his car at a light after finishing a day volunteering at So Others Might Eat (S.O.M.E.). The honorarium for one student to attend academy for two week is $300. Our goal is to raise $600!

Congratulations to Foundation Fitness Member Representative Eric Jackson and the ALL IN HOOPS CHAMPIONS. His team, "808 & fast breaks", were the underdogs in this tournament with the 2nd worst odds at winning. But win they did with a score of 100 - 84. Special Congratulations to ERIC JACKSON, the High Point Man with 32! WAY TO GO TEAM!
