Did you see my post yesterday?
I shared that I’m turning 59 next week and some of the challenges of competing at this age.
The comments and DMs are coming in and women are saying yes, this sounds exactly like me!
It’s like you are reading my diary...
I see you. I really do.
I understand where you’re at — and I decided to do something about it.
Something really special for women like us over 50.
We are not done yet. We are ready to take the stage and win.
Stay tuned — something is coming Monday. 👀

Meet Josie.
6 months. Locked in. Eyes on the prize the entire time.
Every excuse. Every hard day. Every moment of doubt.
She kept her eyes on that stage — and look what happened.
What is YOUR goal?

- Coach Kim
I’m turning 59 next week and I have to be real.
So many women want to compete but feel discouraged, have fear, or think it’s too late.
I can relate more than you know.
Two years ago I had the calling to get back on stage after an 8 year hiatus.
And when I tell you it wasn’t easy...
It took a full 6 weeks of pre-contest prep just to get my body and mind ready — rebuilding my structure, getting my metabolism moving again, and addressing the hormonal stuff that was working against me.
..not to mention the mindset.
This is why coaches need coaches. 😂
On top of all that — still coaching clients, caregiving for my mom, and showing up as a wife, mom, and grandma.
…and I did it—see my 2025 comeback show pic!
Is anyone out there feeling like this right now?

She won TWICE in 6 months. 👀
Meet Lorene.
When she came to me she was prepping, putting in the work, but stuck.
No show date. No deadline.
Just waiting for the right moment.
Sound familiar?
The one decision that changed everything for her?
She stopped waiting and went for it.
Not a perfect body. Not a perfect timeline.
Just a decision to step up — and we built everything around that.
You are closer than you think.

💯 Here are 3 things you need to have dialed in before you ever step foot in that venue:
1. Your callouts. Shows don’t wait for you. Miss it and it’s gone — no do-overs, no refunds.
2. Your nutrition and supplement timing. It’s not just what you eat, it’s when. Pair the wrong foods with your peaking supplements at the wrong time and you’ll be flat on stage after months of hard work.
3. Your pump-up. Which body parts, how long before you walk out, and how to time it so you hit that stage full and tight — not exhausted.
I’ve been to more shows than I can count and I’ve heard it from my own clients — first-timers are all over the place without a plan. Frantic. Confused. Missing moments they can’t get back.
I have 3 private coaching spots opening up within the next month and they need to be reserved now to lock in your show date this year.

💰 She had her first $10k month — and you need to hear this.
Wanda is a fitness professional just like many of you in this community.
I started as her contest prep coach — then became her business coach.
She found the courage to raise her rates, offer her services at a higher level, and never looked back.
The result? Her first $10k month.
