Honoring the men and women who serve our country isn’t a once-a-year moment for F3 — it’s part of who we are. A couple Saturdays ago we brought that commitment to the monuments, moving together, stopping at each site to reflect on the battles fought there, and pushing through a short workout in tribute. Sweat, effort, and gratitude — all in one.

Our community is strengthened by many members who have served or are still serving in uniform. Their commitment, courage, and sacrifice inspire the rest of us to show up with purpose. We’re proud to honor them — and all who have taken the oath to defend this nation.

To every veteran: thank you for your service and your example. 🇺🇸

Sometimes it just starts with showing up.
Chris “RimFire” Dorsey shares how getting off the couch and into the gloom changed everything — building routine, leadership, and brotherhood along the way.

Turn the sound on and hear how F3 helped him find purpose again.

This is exactly what F3 Nation’s Accelerate Fundraiser taking place this month is all about — helping men step into leadership, find accountability, and strengthen their communities. It’s not too late to give. Link to our giving page is in the comments.

Sharing words here from Chris “Horshack” Ritter on what F3 means to him.

In this short clip, he talks about how F3 helped him get back into shape, build real, authentic friendships, and find a deeper purpose beyond himself.

Men like Horshack remind us why we keep showing up — and why we’re contributing to F3 Nation’s Accelerate annual giving campaign.

This campaign is about fueling that same impact — raising funds to grow new AOs, strengthen existing ones, and keep the momentum going across the nation.

As part of our F3 Accelerate fundraising campaign, we’re spotlighting Einar Olsen — one of our most inspiring HIMs.

At 60-plus, Einar shows up day after day, giving it everything he’s got — often alongside men 20 years younger. No excuses. Just effort.

His example is exactly why we’re raising funds through Accelerate — to keep building stronger men, stronger communities, and stronger impact.

Every dollar fuels that mission. Let’s Accelerate together.

This month, in partnership with f3nation_official, we’re launching the Accelerate Campaign — raising support to accelerate impact across our region and beyond.

F3 is more than a workout. It’s men sharpening men, pushing through the gloom together, and showing up for something bigger.

Meet Andrew “Enron” Soles — father of five, 52 years old, and living proof that acceleration has no age limit. He’s been putting in the work, leading by example, and inspiring the next wave of HIMs (High Impact Men). Listen to him speak about the difference F3 has made in his life.

Good on you, Enron — and thank you for showing what happens when men lead from the front.

Pics around the region! 📸

As the leaves start to turn and the mornings get a little cooler, the men of F3 Capital Region keep showing up. Workouts across the region are alive with energy, brotherhood, and that extra push we all need this time of year.

If you catch yourself (or your brother) in these shots, tag away—let’s celebrate the work happening in the gloom. 💪🍂

Scene from The Patriot, true gloom moment.

Nearly 25 Pax took on Iron Pax for another week. We’ve been grinding all month across the region — pushing ourselves to the limit for what is a true test of grit and strength.

The work is hard. The results are real. The brotherhood is stronger than ever.

Let’s keep grinding!

We will never forget.

September 11, 2001 will remain forever etched in our nation’s memory as one of the greatest tragedies we have faced, but it also revealed our resilience. Join the brothers of F3 The Capital at the Lincoln Memorial for the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. We’ll climb the steps in honor of the World Trade Center stairwells, pausing for moments of reflection and workout activities along the way as we remember the lives lost and the heroes who served.

Meet at 4:15 AM • Climb begins at 4:30 AM

🚨 T-Claps Alert! 🚨

Big shoutout to our brother DoorDash for stepping up and crushing his inaugural Q recently. He delivered a monster beatdown that left no PAX untouched — creative, tough, and full of that first-Q fire 💪.

We’re grateful for his leadership, his energy, and the way he pushed the group to get better. This is what F3 is all about — men stepping forward, leading from the front, and sharpening one another.

Way to set the tone, DoorDash. First Q in the books, many more to come 👏👏👏.
