Surprise! I’ll be popping up this Saturday at 10:15am for a guided ecstatic dance journey.

We can call it “The Art of Letting Go: a guided fall ecstatic dance journey”

Through music, breath, and intuitive movement, we’ll explore the art of releasing what no longer serves us, reconnecting with our bodies, and making space for what’s ready to emerge. Come as you are, move as you feel, and let yourself be carried by the journey.

Our first fall as four 🍂

I blinked and suddenly my little baby is 6 months old 🥹the best 6 months of my life, no question! There’s nothing I love more than being this girl’s mama. No place I’d rather be than snuggling her in my arms. Nothing that takes priority over her safety, health and happiness.

This is a big month for us. Starting solids after exclusively breast feeding for her whole life, beginning the process of slowly letting go, as she discovers the world, no longer needing me as her sole source of nourishment. It’s both a small grieving process coupled with excitement for what’s to come, and I know this is just the first moment in a lifetime of this feeling of the pains and joys of motherhood, which often go hand in hand.

I love you, Talia Maya. Thank you for choosing me to be your mama 🧡💛🧡
