Based in Northwest DC, we are 20+ athletes who prize team spirit, hard work, and dedication as much Two rules:

DC Weightlifting Club -- one of the largest clubs in the Metro area -- supports Olympic weightlifting in the District of Columbia. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit, and registered and insured USA Weightlifting club in the Maryland and Potomac Valley Local Weightlifting Committee (LWC Club 9012). TRAINING HOURS
