Their very first concert, and I was LONG overdue for one myself!

We had the best time seeing Ella Langley! I especially loved hearing her share the stories behind some of her songs and what was happening in her life when she wrote them. She is truly so talented!

The last few weeks I’ve been really intentional about focusing on gratitude. 🤍

Life can feel so different when you shift your focus from what you don’t have to what you do have. The people who love and support you. A body that allows you to move. Another day to grow, try again and become better.

There will always be something more to chase, but I never want to be so focused on what’s next that I miss how blessed I am right now.

Your perspective can change your entire experience. Focus on what you’re thankful for and watch how your mood starts to shift too.
