WE'RE BACK AT IT!!! (R.S.V.P. to the event)

6 week FITNESS CAMP
Begins on June 11th and ends on July 16th

We'll need to have a least 6 people at each session, so partner up with someone and come together.

Our Total Body Workout will focus on:
Abs
Legs
Agility
Cardio

Cost: $90 for 6 Saturdays; paid in 2 installments
($45, June 11th and July 2)
Time: 9:00am- 10:15am
Location: Occoquan Park

What to Bring:
1. great cross trainers/running shoes
2. water
3. a mat (yoga mat or exercise mat)
4. a set of dumbbells that you are comfortable with(5, and 10lbs,workout gloves(if you need them)
5. Your Best "Can do" Attitude

Back by Request--- ShawnStorm Boot Camp is Back!!
Join me the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Saturdays of May and June for your full body work out!! Your summer body awaits!

Location: Occoquan Park.
Cost: $15

We'll kick off our first session on Saturday, May 2.
Starting promptly at 9:30am.

Bring with you:
