Strength Training 01/16/2015

Strength training is very important to incorporate in your ChitaFit Lifestyle. I try to get two to four days in a week. I split my days up into upper, lower, and total body.

Friends,

I am offering a free 30 minute ChitaFit cycle class tomorrow. I am also filming a Chitafit commercial during this class for my website. You will be on camera however, close ups are optional. If you choose to do a close up, please wear foundation.

What: 30 minute Cycle class

Time: 8pm

When: Wednesday, November 5th (tomorrow)

Where: Golds Gym (19 & L Street NW)

Instructions: Please drink water throughout the day, at least 40 ounces. Wear tight-fitting clothing and bring both water and a towel.
