A Full Sail University graduate with 7+ years of experience in audiovisual media, marketing, and production, John brings valuable, all-around industry knowledge to our program.

He continues to help increase program and athlete exposure, elevate our live broadcasts and streaming channels, and serves as Co-Producer of Battle of the K, one of our premier annual sporting events.

We’re proud to have John back to help the program keep improving, reaching new levels, and maintaining a high standard of excellence. 🐯🔥

His approach focuses on developing stronger, faster, more explosive, and more resilient athletes through structured training, performance assessment, and long-term athletic development.

We’re excited to welcome Francisco Morales back for his second year with the Central Pointe Basketball Program as a Recovery Specialist.

With a background in physical therapy, sports massage, sports injuries, anatomy & physiology, and sports nutrition, Francisco brings valuable experience supporting athletes through recovery, injury prevention, and overall athletic wellness.

From his experience with WT Elite travel basketball in Florida to his work in a chiropractic office in New Jersey, Francisco is a great addition to our CPCA Sports Support Staff.

Recovery is an essential part of every athlete’s performance. 💪🏽🏀

The right-hand man to Coach Wesley Arocho is back for another year! After several incredible seasons of impact and success, Coach Felix Martinez continues to be a key piece of our girls basketball program.

With 14+ years of coaching experience, a 2024 SIAA State Championship, and 2024 Coach of the Year honors, Felix brings experience, leadership, and a winning mentality to our staff.

Together with Coach Wesley Arocho, he has helped our program to an incredible NISAA three-peat National Championship run. 🏆🏆🏆

Coach Penzo brings a distinguished basketball background, including:
