Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bark 🍫(save this recipe ↓)

Comment “RECIPE” and I’ll send you the full recipe so you can make it later.

The entire tray is only ~400 calories with 50g of protein. Chocolate Greek yogurt bark topped with strawberries, walnuts, coconut and chocolate chips.

Cold, crunchy and really easy to make.

Keep the yogurt layer about ½ inch thick so it freezes evenly and isn’t too brittle. If it gets too hard in the freezer, let it sit out for a few minutes before eating.

Send this to someone who would make this with you.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch with almost 50g of protein? 😂

About 500 calories • 46g protein

I’m not giving up cereal just because I want a high-protein breakfast.

• 1½ cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch
• 1 cup skim milk
• 1½ scoops protein powder — 35g protein
• Mix the protein powder into the milk, then pour it over the cereal.

This might be one of the easiest ways to turn a childhood breakfast into a legit high-protein meal.

Are you adding protein powder to your cereal milk or is this ruining Cinnamon Toast Crunch? 👇

This giant Cookies & Cream Fluffy Yogurt bowl tastes like an Oreo dessert, but it packs 42g of protein and takes about five minutes to make. 🍪

It’s thick, creamy, and way more filling than a regular yogurt bowl.

Would you eat this as a snack or dessert? 👇

Recipe is in the comments.

Four hot dogs for 460 calories • 64g protein • 64g fiber 🌭

I used 4 Better Way keto buns and 4 Hebrew National 97% fat-free beef franks.

Macros for all 4:
460 calories • 64g protein • 80g carbs • 12g fat • 64g fiber

Sometimes the easiest high-protein meal is just hot dogs 😂

Are you eating all 4 or is this too many hot dogs for one meal? 👇

Mini Pumpkin Spice Protein Cheesecakes 🎃

Follow Baked Lean and comment RECIPE and I’ll send you the recipe!

Or Google “BakedLean Mini Pumpkin Spice Protein Cheesecakes.”

These have all the pumpkin pie and cheesecake flavor, but each whole 4-inch cheesecake has 450 calories and 41g of protein. No crust, no tiny slices, and the recipe makes two full cheesecakes.

Definitely let these chill overnight if you can. The texture is so much better once they’re completely cold.
