May is Mental Health Awareness Month… and honestly, sometimes the gym becomes more than a gym.
It becomes the place where people breathe again.
Where stress gets lifted rep by rep.
Where confidence slowly comes back.
Where people stop pouring into everyone else for one hour and finally pour into themselves.
A lot of people come for the physical transformation.
But they stay because movement helps heal the mental weight too. 💚
Out of breath what? Good. That’s your body learning it can do hard things. Breathe through it and keep going. 💪🏾

ALS Awareness Month hits different when you’ve watched someone fight in real time. 💚
These memories with Dan will always remind me why this work is bigger than workouts.
When we first met, Dan had already been told he only had about 2 years to live.
But session after session, rep after rep, we kept showing up anyway.
And now, years later, he’s still fighting, still moving, still proving that statistics don’t always get the final word. 💚
This month, we honor the people living with ALS, the families beside them, the researchers pushing for answers, and the strength it takes to keep going every single day.
Dan, thank you for trusting me with your journey. Your resilience continues to inspire more people than you know. 💚
