Foam rolling isn't optional self-care — it's part of the work.
Join Alexa Cuevas Thursdays at 5pm for a 25-minute Foam Rolling for Recovery SGT, built to undo what your workouts put your body through.
Skipping recovery work doesn't just leave soreness on the table — it limits how well your next session goes. This small group training class teaches proper foam rolling technique for the areas that need it most, so you walk away looser, more mobile, and ready for what's next. No equipment knowledge required — just show up, and Alexa will guide you through it.

Still chasing that summer running habit? Dallas McClendon's Summer Run Club SGT is still going strong every Wednesday at 7am, with only a few weeks left before this round wraps on 7/29.
Here's what consistent runners are getting out of it: a built-in accountability system that makes 7am easy to show up for, a pre-run warmup routine and form tips that carry into every run, a 3-mile easy-effort group run through Adams Morgan and DC, and a social reset to start the day connected rather than isolated.
Whether you've been running for years or are still working toward your first 5k, this is one of the easiest ways to make running a habit that sticks.

Every Wednesday at 8am, dedicate 25 minutes entirely to deltoid development in Jacob Evans's Shoulder Shred small group training series.
Unlike typical push-day or full-body programming where shoulders are an afterthought, this format gives balanced, equal attention to all three deltoid heads — front, lateral, and rear — through targeted isolation work, while teaching proper form and shoulder anatomy in an efficient, fatigue-conscious structure.
Through this series, you'll build improved shoulder strength, size, and muscular balance across all three deltoid heads, better posture through well-rounded shoulder development, and confident ex*****on of isolation movements with controlled tempo and appropriate range of motion to minimize joint strain.

5 things to know before your first Reformer Pilates session:
1️⃣ It looks intimidating, but it isn't. The reformer moves with you and often assists your movement. Many first-time clients are surprised by how intuitive and empowering it feels.
2️⃣ It's a low-impact, high-result workout. The spring-based resistance challenges your muscles while minimizing joint stress.
3️⃣ Your core is always working. Reformer Pilates emphasizes spinal alignment, core activation, and controlled movement throughout the entire session.
4️⃣ It's a full-body workout. Expect squat variations, upper body strengthening, planks, mobility work, and stretching in every session.
5️⃣ Equipment is used intentionally. Attachments such as straps, stability tools, and resistance accessories are incorporated to deepen the workout and enhance results.
One-on-one Reformer Pilates training is available at MINT.
