Questions I get asked before someone decides to start coaching:

"How long does this take?" Every woman is different, but most start noticing real shifts within the first few sessions.

"Will this actually work for me?" This work isn't about willpower — it's about understanding what's underneath the pattern. That part transfers to anyone willing to look.

"Is this worth the cost?" I'd ask it a different way: what has it cost you to keep carrying this alone?

Ever wonder what actually happens in a coaching session?

Here's an honest look: you and I don't just talk about your week — we look at the pattern underneath it.

You'll start to notice what's really driving the behavior, not just managing the symptom.

Most women feel real relief within the first few sessions, just from finally understanding themselves.

This isn't a quick fix or a to-do list. It's a process of becoming more of who you already are underneath the survival patterns.

If you've been curious but unsure what you'd actually be signing up for, I hope this makes it feel a little less like a mystery.

Questions about how it works? Send me a DM — I'm happy to walk you through it. ☺️

Maybe this is you.

You're the one everyone calls when something's wrong — and somehow you're always fine.

You've read the books. You've prayed about it more times than you can count. You've tried to figure this out completely on your own.

And the same patterns keep showing up anyway — in your marriage, in your parenting, in the way you talk to yourself when no one's listening.

You don't have to keep carrying it alone. That's exactly the work I help women do in 1:1 coaching.

If this sounds like where you are, the link in my bio walks you through what working together actually looks like.

Your kids don't need you to never mess up. They need to see what happens after you do.

When you snap and then come back and say, "I'm sorry, that wasn't fair, let's try again" — you're not weakening your authority. You're teaching them something most of us never got to see modeled: that people can rupture a moment and still repair it.

That's legacy. Not the absence of conflict, but the presence of repair. The goal isn't perfection.

The goal is intention — showing up afterward, even when it's uncomfortable.

What's one repair conversation with your kids that you're proud of? - Moore

Saying no to something doesn't mean you're being unloving. Sometimes it means you finally have room to actually be present for what matters.

For a long time, boundaries might have felt selfish — like something reserved for people who didn't care as much as you do. But boundaries and love aren't opposites.

Boundaries are what make sustainable love possible. Here's what a boundary rooted in More Life can sound like:
"I can't take that on right now, but I care about you."
"I need a minute before I respond."
"That doesn't work for me, and that's okay."
"I'm allowed to rest without earning it."

None of these require explaining yourself for twenty minutes. Just clarity, held with warmth.

Which one of these is hardest for you to say out loud? - Kristen Moore

Not every big reaction is really about what just happened.

Sometimes what looks like an overreaction is actually your nervous system responding to something old — a tone of voice, a feeling of being dismissed, a sense of not being safe. Your body remembers what your mind has moved past.

This is why regulation before reaction matters so much. It's not about suppressing what you feel. It's about creating just enough space to ask, "Is this about right now, or is this about something I never fully processed?"

That question alone can be the difference between reacting from the past and responding from the present.

Awareness is where relief begins — every single time.

Where have you noticed your reactions feeling bigger than the moment itself? -Kristen Moore

God didn't create you to survive your life. He created you to live it.

That truth can be hard to sit with when survival has felt like the safest option for so long. But survival was never meant to become your identity — it was meant to be a season, not a home.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about becoming more of who God created you to be before the world taught you to armor up.

If you're in a season where survival still feels like the only option, that's okay. Relief doesn't require you to have it all figured out. It just asks you to be honest about where you are.

A few years ago, I caught myself about to respond to my child the exact way I was responded to growing up.

Same tone. Same words, almost. I stopped. Not perfectly — but I stopped.

That pause didn't feel like much in the moment. It wasn't a breakthrough or a milestone. It was just one ordinary Tuesday.

But that's exactly the point: legacy isn't handed down in the big speeches or the perfect parenting moments. It's handed down in the small, repeated ones — the tone we use, the way we handle being disappointed, the way we let our kids watch us recover.

Every generation has the chance to inherit something a little healthier than the one before it. Not perfect. Healthier.

What's one ordinary moment where you've noticed yourself choosing differently than what you inherited? - Kristen Moore

More Life doesn't usually look like a dramatic before-and-after. Most days, it looks like this:

Pausing before you react. Telling the truth about how you actually feel. Letting your kids see you regulate instead of explode. Resting without guilt. Saying "I don't know" instead of pretending you do.

None of that requires perfection. It just requires intention.

If survival mode has been running the show for a while, here's a small place to start: pick one moment today where you'd normally rush past your own feelings, and pause for ten seconds instead. That's it. That's the whole practice.

Legacy isn't built in the big moments. It's built in the ordinary ones — one regulated breath at a time. What would ten seconds of pause change for you today? - Kristen Moore
