You do not have to accept the s**t that people throw at you
It doesn’t matter who you are or who they are
If they say or do something that doesn’t feel right to you, you don’t have to humor anyone
Honor yourself, honor your best self, honor your soul’s spirit, and don’t take no s**t

Marriage isn’t just about deciding to spend the rest of your life with someone, it’s about knowing that there isn’t anyone else you would rather spend the rest of your life with and making sure that your spouse knows this and FEELS this deeply as many days as possible.
After you say your vows, and walk back down that aisle it’s you and them for life, a promise to be best friends every year, every decade after for as long as you both shall live. If you treat it this way, together you will find your own slice of paradise.

If you’re like some of my clients you think you need to feel motivated to make any progress to your goals... but girrrrrl that’s just not true.
I bet you could fill and entire sheet if I told you to write a list of all the things you get done that you don’t feel motivated to do.
How on earth do you get them done if you’re not feeling motivated?
Lots of reasons, they’re different for everyone but it all comes back to what you’re thinking about it.
When you do get s**t done, are you thinking:
💭 “I have to do this or it won’t get done”
...Couldn’t you think the same thing about your goal? 🧐
Or...
💭“This is a priority” or “This is a non-negotiable”
..Couldn’t you think these same thoughts about your goal?🤷🏽♀️
What about...
💭“It’s what I want so I’m doing it”
Couldn’t you think this about your goal? 😏
The answer is yes, you can. But it’s clear that you don’t just yet because if you did...the goal would be done. Right? —— so listen. This is simple but it’s not easy, I can help though which is great news. You are not alone. Struggle no more my friend. Let’s talk about what you’re sick and tired of not doing so you can finally get it done ❤️

How do you continue working on your goals when you’re feeling so stressed out or negative or you’ve just lost your inspiration/motivation?
This is something my clients have been dealing with recently and so have I.
You’re too tired
Too stressed
Too confused
Deflated
Frustrated
Overwhelmed
Undermotivated
How can you possibly stay on track when you can’t even focus? When you have those days where you literally feel like “what’s the point?”
The answer is simple, yet so hard to see when you’re in that negative low place... first and foremost remind yourself that the circumstances you’re in are not what’s causing your feelings and as a result are out of your control. That’s not what’s happening. It’s always your thoughts about the circumstances that are causing your feelings.
✨When you remember that your thoughts are ALWAYS optional, even when they don’t seem like they are (they feel true), this is when you unlock your power.✨
You see, we are empowered at every moment to manage our emotions by managing our thoughts and when we do so we’re able to influence our actions and our results even after we’ve fallen off track.
It’s not too late, it’s the perfect time. Nothing has gone wrong, you don’t have to start all over. Just remember you have a decision to make, stay spinning in negative emotions and struggle to reach your goals, or get in the driver’s seat, tell your brain who’s boss and start seeing results. The choice is yours.
