If you find yourself in a glorified bootcamp and the trainer expects you to learn the sn**ch in a 2 week intro course - kindly thank them for their time and run in the other direction. It takes 6-12 months to become proficient at the Olympic movements. Train hard but train smart.

Congratulation Katie Henderson Tillman!!! I am so impressed with this fantastic woman! I wish I could have been at her side to watch the incredable race she had yesterday at Boston. The truth is: I would not have been able to keep up. You rock Katie!
