Yoga works both the mind and body, by combining strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and relaxation. Just 5 minutes of yoga a day can boost the mental and physical health and wellness of our children!
Join instructor, Ashley, from 5:00pm - 6:00pm in the Yoga studio to celebrate International Kids Yoga Day!
No pre-registration necessary. Minimum age 6 - must be accompanied by a parent and parents must complete a waiver for their children to participate.
We'll also have a take-away so the kids can continue to practice at home!

Yoga classes in Washington, PA are great exercise alternative for everyone. Not only does Yoga have physical benefits, it also develops inner awareness and focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body.
The Center offers Yoga classes for all levels of ability and while
classes are free for members, non-members can experience the best of Yoga with the purchase of a Live Well Pass.

This six-week series on Stress Management, with Brooke Smokelin, will expose participants to a variety of tools and techniques from different methodologies to reduce stress and induce a relaxed physical, mental, emotional and energetic state.
Participants will explore different breathing, movement, relaxation and meditation techniques as well as participate in discussion around the effectiveness of these techniques.
Each session will focus on a specific technique and this series is for adults, ages 18 and older. Both Members and Non-Members of the Center can register for this series!
