Sometimes in one’s life there are certain things that are hoped for and thought about and never come true. Well for me one of the things I’ve thought about and hoped to do one day came true. I was able to train with Clint Smith at his new school in Wyoming.
Clint and Heidi were so incredibly hospitable from the registration to two days we were all together, a class of 10. God willing I will continue to train with them. Our AI/RO crew Joe and Sam were excellent between their time in the USMC and years at LAPD we had a great group there.
One of my favorite quotes of the weekend “it’s silly for a group of cowboy shooters to pick a fight with a rifle class.” Hahaha

Did some confirmation work on my 1441 Solutions rifle that I’ll be using for some training soon. This rifle runs very well! Thanks to Josh from Trunk Monkey Designs for the sling. It’s the first time using this sling. I like it better than the Edgar Sherman Designs one on this rifle. Check him out, he’s local too!
