🌎 For one week every August, the world comes to Washington, PA.
In 2026, the Printscape Imaging & Graphics PONY League World Series will celebrate its 74th year and 42nd consecutive year in Washington. There is no event in Washington County that shines brighter on the international stage. For generations, Historic Lew Hays PONY Field—the world's first PONY Field—has been the backdrop where big league dreams begin and lifelong memories are made.
But this event doesn't happen on its own.
It takes hundreds of volunteers, community partners, and supporters working together to welcome teams and families from around the globe. As the cost of hosting the World Series continues to grow and now exceeds $400,000 annually, we're asking businesses and individuals throughout our community to invest in the future of this event and help keep it thriving in its home of Washington.
Whether you're a business looking to connect with more than 30,000 fans, gain exposure across the Pittsburgh television market, or an individual who simply wants to support a local nonprofit making a global impact, there's a partnership opportunity for you.
Help us continue a tradition that puts Washington on the world stage.

Take a trip back to 1952 and check out these incredible photos of Historic Lew Hays PONY Field under construction ahead of the 1953 Printscape Imaging & Graphics PONY League World Series.
Did you know? Historic Lew Hays PONY Field is literally serial number one when it comes to PONY Baseball fields, built specifically to host the World Series. The very first PONY League World Series in 1952 was actually played on Washington High School’s football practice field because Lew Hays Field wasn’t ready yet.
Another fun fact: construction of the field was funded through a movie theater tax in the City of Washington. A true community investment that became baseball history.

Things have a way of coming full-circle at the Printscape Imaging & Graphics PONY League World Series.
Today at Historic Lew Hays PONY Field, 2019 World Series alum Matthew Smith was back on the field — this time cutting the grass as owner of Chew’s Lawncare. Matthew’s connection to PONY runs deep, as his father, Darin, is a long-time member of the Washington Youth Baseball Council and currently serves as the organization’s secretary.
A special thank you to Matthew for helping keep Historic Lew Hays PONY Field game-ready throughout the rec season!
