I just want to say thanks to everyone for coming out and supporting the Leonard Burchfield hunt at the Yockanookany CHC. last night in Ethel,MS. We had 8 dogs in bench show and 18 dogs in the hunt. 9 champions and 9 registered. We also want to thank the following people for some great food. Mr. Bobby Shahine. Mrs. Tanis Miller and the fine dessert Mrs. Jaden Ashley. Also want to thank Felicia Bailey for the King & Queen trophies. And Chris Miller for the added money for bench show and hunt Here is list of the winners for bench show and night hunt.

Here is the Flyer for our MRHA State hunt coming up December 3,4&5. This year is election year and also if a club wants to hold the state hunt for 27 & 28. You will need to get your club on ballot to be voted on. The State meeting will be held at 2 pm on Saturday December 5 at Jerry Clower CHA in Yazoo City MS. Should be a great hunt with some cooler weather.

The Mississippi Raccoon Hunters Association Youth hunt will be held Saturday November 7,2026 at Smith County multi-purpose building in Raleigh Ms. Bring your kids out for a day of fun. We will be giving away door prizes to the youth alone with prizes to winners. This will be a great time if you have a kid that is interested in Raccoon hunting or showing a dog on the bench to bring them on out. If you have any questions you can contact me are 1 of the other officers on the flyer we will be glad to answer your questions.
