Here’s what people actually say right before they pay me.

“I’ve been following you for years.”

“I love your podcast.”

“That email you sent last week really spoke to me.”

Every time. Not one of them has ever said your website was great, or your pricing finally made sense.

It was the impact I had on them before they ever paid me that helped them decide to start paying me.

So if you’re waiting for someone to book a session so you can finally help them, the order is backwards.

They’re waiting to be helped first. That’s how they decide.

That’s what I’m teaching next Wednesday.

How to Make an Impact & Attract Clients Without Chasing Them

Here’s what I see practitioners doing.

They share their offer. No bites. So they change it.

Still nothing. So they change the price.

Then they ask their practitioner friends what’s working. Try Instagram. Ask AI what to post. Maybe even pay for ads.

And they wait.

Because somewhere along the way, they started believing the clients have to come first. Then the impact.

It works the other way around.

More on this in the next few days. Stay tuned. 💛

Important practice update ❗️For the last 12 years, it's been such an honor and privilege to hold space for people through Biofield Tuning. I left my nursing career to offer this work, and it's shaped my life in ways I'm still discovering.

Starting January 1, 2027, I'll no longer be offering Biofield Tuning as a standalone service.

I'm not stepping away from Biofield Tuning. I still love this work and I'm still very active in the Biofield Tuning community, supporting other practitioners.

Here's why I'm making this change.

You may know that I began training as a Life Coach in 2019. For seven years, I kept coaching and Biofield Tuning as separate services. But over and over, I saw the same thing. The biggest transformations happened when I brought them together.

Here's what I've come to understand. The biofield is the mind, and it informs the body. It records and stores our memories, our life experiences, and our traumas. A tuning can find those places and bring the body and mind back into flow, and that's powerful.

Maybe you've felt this yourself. You leave a session feeling lighter and clearer. And then a few weeks later, the same old stuff creeps back in.

Maybe you've even started to feel like you need a tuning just to feel okay. I understand that. And I want more for you. I want you to have the tools to create those kinds of shifts yourself, with your own mind. So you're not waiting for your next session to feel like you again.

Because true change happens when we learn to manage our minds. When we notice the thoughts and patterns that keep producing the same results in our lives, the ones keeping us right where we are, we can make a conscious choice to change them. And when we do, we change who we are. We become the version of ourselves who lives the life we know we're meant to be living.

I've spent the last several years helping people change their beliefs one thought at a time, and I've watched what happens. When you can manage your mind, your biofield stays in flow more often.

I'll be honest. This hasn't been an easy decision. There's been fear, uncertainty, and of course a concern about disappointing people. Biofield Tuning has been such a big part of my life. But I've learned to notice those thoughts, and not let them make my decisions for me. I'm choosing to trust what I know.

Weaving coaching and Biofield Tuning together is the work I'm stepping fully into now, and I'm so excited about it.

If you’re ready to make real change in your life, DM me. I’d love to chat.

(P.S. If you’re a client of mine, there is already a special note just for you in your inbox. 💗 Thank you for trusting me with your healing all these years. You're a big part of how I got here. I've learned so much from you, and I'd love to keep growing alongside you.)

A real clip of real coaching. This month’s course is Time Creation and I’m having so much fun talking about how to manage our minds around time.

Today I taught my members not only how to be intentional with their calendars, but also how to follow through.

We are two calls in and you can catch up on the replays.

Saw this sweet one in our yard today.
The medicine it shared was:

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

Take small steps. Feel joy with every one.

That’s how the impossible becomes inevitable.

She has a big goal.

And she’s calm.

She’s certain of herself.

She’s not pushing.
She’s not hustling.
There’s no hurry,
because she knows she’ll get there eventually.

She plans her time.
She manages her mind.
She follows through.
She keeps her word to herself.

She’s playful with the universe.
She understands cause and effect.
She knows a thought comes first,
and a result comes after,
and that she gets to choose the thought.

She is the creator.

You already know her.
She’s the version of you
who knows what she’s capable of.

Doors to Grow a Thriving Practice are open this month only, and we’re diving into Time Creation together.

Come become her with us. jillianfaldmo.com/workwithme - Link in bio 🔗

I had twenty four hours completely to myself a few weeks ago, which almost never happens, and I went back and forth on what to do with it. I could have hiked, or spent the whole day down at the lake, or just been outside enjoying the last of summer. All of that would have felt really good in the moment.

But I also had my financials sitting on my list, and if I’m being honest, they’d been sitting there for longer than I’d recommend 😝 . QuickBooks isn’t a skill I’ve mastered yet, and every time I thought about opening it my brain threw up all kinds of resistance. I knew if I picked the hike, that was going to be another day, maybe another week, of carrying it around with me.

So I lit a candle, pulled an oracle card, and opened the laptop. And instead of asking myself whether I really had to do this, I asked how this was FOR me. That one shift turned an hour I was dreading into something that actually felt sacred, and when I closed the laptop I felt so much lighter. Not because the numbers were anything magical, but because I’d finally stopped avoiding them.

What I keep coming back to is that the avoidance costs so much more energy than the task ever does. And what got me to sit down wasn’t more discipline, it was believing that I’m the asset in my business, that I’m the most important part of it, and that taking care of the parts I’ve been putting off is one of the ways I take care of myself.

This is exactly what we’re working on inside Grow a Thriving Practice right now. Doors to the coaching membership are open through September, and we’re spending the whole month in Time Creation, learning how to create more time with your mind so the things you’ve been avoiding actually get done. I’m teaching my Intentional Planning Process on next week’s call. If you’ve got something you’ve been carrying around for a while, come join us. Link in bio 🔗

“I really want to do this full-time. I want to do it my way. But some days I genuinely don’t know if it’s possible.”

Sound familiar? 🤔

It’s time to stop questioning yourself and start thinking powerfully.

I don’t want you to go one more day, doubting yourself and thinking about your goals as, “that would be nice, someday.”

I won’t believe you when you say you can’t, or it’s not possible, or there’s something else in the way.

Nope. I refuse.

Every single client I have coached is not the same person they were before they started applying the tools I’ve taught them.

They’ve gone from doubting themselves to seeing real results in their business. Booked. Doing it their way. No longer wondering if it’s possible, just living proof that it is.

🚨Don’t let this week be another week you’re not living into who you know you’re meant to be.🚨

Let’s go from “Wouldn’t it be nice,” to IT’S DONE. ✅

Raise your hand if marketing feels a little ick sometimes.

You know you need to do it. You know it's how people find you. But something about it still feels off.

I'll tell you what happened to me this week.

I saw the "it's so chic of me" trend everywhere. And I felt this urgency to jump on it. I started trying to come up with my own version. Nothing was coming. I felt stuck and a little frantic.

And then I caught myself.

I wasn't connected to my work. I was connected to what everyone else was doing.

That's when marketing feels ick. Not because marketing is bad. Because we've drifted from ourselves.

Marketing is an extension of you and the work you offer to the people you want to serve. When it feels forced, it's usually one of two things. You're looking at what others are doing and thinking you need to do it that way too. Or you're thinking about getting the client instead of helping one person today.

The fix is connection.

Connection to yourself. Connection to your work. Connection to the people you want to serve.

When I came back to that, the urgency dissolved. And the ideas came.

That's pretty chic, I'd say. 😉

What do you do when marketing starts to feel ick? Tell me below. 👇
