Step into democracy. 🏛️ Youth & Government is a free program at the Greater Waterbury YMCA for middle and high school students ready to build leadership, speaking skills and the confidence to shape our community's future.🗣️✍️

At the Youth Assembly Conference, you'll join other students as Senators or Assembly members to draft, debate and vote on real laws, with support from YMCA mentors and alumni.

Along the way, you'll stand out on college applications, earn service hours and get a free YMCA Teen Membership.

Starts Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2026 Every other Wednesday · 4:30–6:30 PM 136 West Main St., Waterbury
