Congratulations Jeff Rustico for winning the 91st annual City Match play championship with a victory today over Anthony Salvador. Your name has been added to the list of winners, a tournament dating back to 1933. (See picture below of all winners and runners-up since 1933).

Special thanks to Mike Breen, President of EMMGA for putting in the effort to ensure this tournament continues to exist and to Jimmy Dean and Western Hills pro shop for the support at our sister course.

Also, thank you to the maintenance staff at both courses for providing venues in excellent shape and ready for competition.

In first flight action, congratulations to Brian Zaccagnini for his win over Gary Dickey. Nice work, Brian!

Just maybe, we can bring this tournament back to participation levels of years past with hundreds of entries and even more in the crowds watching the finals; one year at a time, this year was another success. - EMMGA
