Lesson from Sensei Bond. Quite often I don't sleep. Such as the case for last night, due to the perfect combination of arthritis, neuropathy, and insomnia I have not slept. I have to go teach school all day. And then go to our dojo and teach class. How am I going to do it? No sleep, working with these wonderful children all day can be training, and I have to do this until 8:00 tonight. How do I do this? Answer one step at a time.....
