Been grinding behind the scenes of mom life with @buscetto_performance_training for 5ish months now. I'm happier in my skin and feeling better and stronger for these long days with the babies!! But also, moms are actual superhero's! I carried 2 babies, my last one being 9.9lbs 😬 There is nothing we can't do! This is only the beginning 💪🏼
