Tuners…
There’s a lot going on when you adjust it,
With that being said and the understanding of what is happening, or maybe what could happen when you adjust it, in my experience the tuner itself should be concentric with itself.
I thread for them concentric with the bore and once a little slop is added to the thread it should have very little runout as shown. Essentially we don’t want an oblong weight compounding the results of adjustments being made. Hopefully this makes sense and choose/ check your tuners wisely!

If you would have told me 4 years ago that I would be sharing something like this I probably would’ve responded with some kind of expletive and maybe recommended that you should seek professional help.
But yet here we are (yes “we” this wouldn’t be possible without all of you)
It’s been pretty cool watching ri**es leave here and compete at a world level representing our great country USA!!
I look forward to 2030 and will do everything in my ability to give you the best product I can.

Typical muzzle
Muzzle set up is done no different than a chambering, dialed to zero in two spots. In my opinion the gasses should leave concentric to the tail and sides of the bullet.
Also your tuner should be concentric to the bore as well.
No sandpaper on the crown!!
