Starting Tuesday, January 13, 2026, Renegade of Pawcatuck and Renegade of Norwich are expanding their hours so you can train when it works for your schedule — early mornings, late nights, and everything in between.

New Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 4AM – 12AM
Friday: 4AM – 9PM
Saturday & Sunday: 7AM – 7PM

Circuit Layout:
✅Row for Heart Health: 250m row
✅Jump For Joy: 50 Jump ropes or Jumping Jacks
✅Power Push: 15 Push Ups
✅Legs for Life: 20 Air Squats
✅Core of the Heart: 30 sec. each side then 1-minute
