Competitive development and full service care on site at family farm in Waterford, VA. Peace Of Mind Dressage, LLC provides training and boarding services to people who want to learn dressage. We have successful developed horses from their first days under saddle to winning national and regional awards. Jaclyn Sicoli is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist, USDF L Graduate with Distinction, and graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in Biochemistry. Jaclyn integrates her years of training as well as science and yoga to develop an individual training and care program for every horse. As a judge Jaclyn offers positive and constructive feedback to help riders improve their performance.

Currently looking to hire farm help in Loudoun County. Applicants may have horse experience and that would be helpful but, we have sufficient tasks which do not require experience handling horses. These include w**d eating, mowing, barn cleaning, and fence repair. Additional tasks available related to daily horse chores, grooming, and cleaning if appropriate. Our schedule for work would be limited to 5 days per week or part time. For temporary help, hourly wages start at $30 per hour. For longer term or full time help, hourly wages or employment with PTO benefits is available. Let us know if you are interested in learning more. Looking forward to hearing from you.
