Durant Iowa Girls Bowling

We had our Conference Championship Meet Monday 1/26/26 at Imperial Lanes in Camanche. The teams in attendance were Anamosa, Camanche, Durant, Maquoketa, and Monticello with the 2 individual games and 5 baker format the Durant Girls team boasted at team best total score of 2783. This total was good enough for second place, being edged out by Camanche was the team to take the Conference Championship home. On the individual side Durant had two individuals finish in the top 6 places. Bailey Kraklio placed 4th with a combined two-game total of 421 and Myli Geigle was the all-tournament champion with a two-game total of 474. The team members, Kendal Gruman, Myli Geigle, Bailey Kraklio, Hailey Bacorn, and Chloe Broussard. We will be in Camanche again on February 2nd for substate competition to see who will go to the state bowling tournament.

Congratulations to Ashlynn Watkins and Macyn Huston at State Bowling. Ashlynn shot the 3rd high game of the tournament with 245. She finished in 17th with 117, 180, 245 = 542. Macyn finished 25th with 175, 153, 156= 484.

So I was told today that I will be able to run a live feed of Macyn and Ashlynn bowling at State. Plan on going live around 845 AM.
