Easton-Giant p/b TLC Easton-Giant p/b Transitions LifeCare is a North America based cyclocross organization comprised of professional and developmental teams.

Garneau-Easton p/b Transitions LifeCare is one of North America's top professional and developmental cyclocross team. We pull together top riders from Canada and the United Stated and give them the tools they need to compete against the best in the world and represent their local communities. The 2017/18 Roster is: Michael van den Ham, Craig Richey, Dylan Postier, and Gunnar Holmgren. The development team's roster will be announced soon along with our 5th professional rider.

What a weekend. There are some many stories to tell from just a couple hours of racing in those conditions. finishing on the lead lap with only one shoe, backing up her Iowa result with another top-10, and wrestling for pressure washers and scrambling to change brake pads, shattering himself in a 77 minute long (!) race. We’ll try to tell them all at some point, but for now all we can say is that none of these things would have been possible without all these amazing people
