If you have collegiate coaching and recruiting experience, a strong background in folkstyle wrestling, and a passion for building a championship culture in the NJCAA and ICCAC, we want to hear from you!

Hawkeye Athletics is expanding its staff, and we are looking for passionate, distance-focused coaches to join the RedTails! We currently have two different assistant positions open to fit your career goals:

📅 Option 1: Year-Round Assistant Coach (52-Week | Part-Time)

The Role: Perfect for someone wanting to impact our student-athletes all year long. Provide continuous mentorship, oversee off-season training, and drive year-round recruiting to elevate our Men's and Women's programs.

⏱️ Option 2: Seasonal Assistant Coach (32-Week | Part-Time)

The Role: Runs from August through May. Ideal for focused, peak-season coaching, practice instruction, and travel coordination during the competitive calendar.

What We Are Looking For:

A strong background coaching or competing in distance events.

A drive to build a championship culture within the ICCAC and NJCAA.

A commitment to developing student-athletes both on the track and in the classroom.
