West S&C Summer Program Starts Monday June 8th!

Open Sessions are for ANY Experienced Lifter that is unable to attend their designated session.

Intermediate lifters have moved beyond the basics and can perform core lifts with solid technique and consistency. Have several months to a year of experience, understand proper form, and are starting to increase strength at a steady (but slower) rate. At this level, athletes can handle moderate to heavy weights, follow structured workouts, and focus on improving strength, explosive ability, and overall performance while refining technique.

An advanced lifter is a highly experienced athlete who demonstrates excellent technique, has the ability to lift at maximal intensities safely, consistently follows the WEST HIGH structured training program, and has been a part of the Advanced S&C classes. These sessions require approval from Coach Luke Moore to attend.

The beginner session is intended for all incoming freshmen and anyone with limited or no lifting experience.
