Did you know our Kids Acro program is designed with three progressive levels to help children build strength, confidence, coordination, and skills safely?

✨ Level 1
✨ Level 2
✨ Level 3

To make sure every child is set up for success:
• All students begin in Level 1
• Advancement to Level 2 and Level 3 happens only after receiving a graduation certificate
• Each level builds on the skills learned before it, creating a safe and supportive learning environment

We know every child is excited to learn new tricks, but strong foundations create confident aerialist! 💜

Yoga teacher training is about so much more than memorizing a sequence.

Our 200-Hour Hatha|Vinyasa teacher training is designed to help you better understand movement, anatomy, sequencing, and the "why" behind the practice. Through hands-on experience, discussion, observation, and practice teaching, you'll develop the confidence to guide students safely and authentically.

📣 A huge shout out to Elizabeth!!! 📣

She is stepping up in a big way and covering a majority of my classes while I'm away, and I couldn't be more grateful.

In fact, if you hurry, you can still catch her teaching the 9:00A this morning, or join her in any of the other classes she's leading. If you've practiced with Elizabeth before, you know she brings an incredible mix of knowledge, presence, and warmth to every class. And if you haven't yet, this is the perfect opportunity!

Today is my birthday.🎉

And this year, more than anything, I wanted to use it as an opportunity to give back.

So today is the final day of our fundraiser for the Maitri Initiative, through the Waterloo Community Foundation, helping create greater access to wellness, yoga, and supportive community spaces.

Birthdays naturally make us reflect on what matters most.

For me, it is this: connection. care. community. people having a place to land.

If Gray Lane has ever supported you in some way, I would love for you to help us extend that support outward.

Thank you for celebrating with purpose alongside me.

And thank you for continuing to make this community what it is.

We have something special planned for after our Maitri Initiative campaign wraps.

As we move through these final days together, I’ve been thinking a lot about how powerful this community has been in showing up, giving, and supporting something bigger than a single moment.

So once the fundraiser concludes, we’re going to share a small surprise as a thank you something to celebrate this community and the way you continue to show up for one another.

I just want to pause and say thank you.

To everyone who has donated, shared, talked about it, or simply held awareness around this work, it matters more than you know.

Community care isn’t built in big moments alone. It’s built in small, consistent acts of generosity that add up over time.

We still have a couple of days left in our fundraiser leading into my birthday on June 5th, and every contribution continues to support access to wellness programming in our community.

Thank you for being part of this with us.

One of the most meaningful parts of the Maitri Initiative is seeing where support actually lands.

A large portion of funds raised through this campaign helps sustain ongoing community programming, including work with the Boys & Girls Club, where we are able to offer movement, mindfulness, and regulation-based practices to young people who might not otherwise have access to them.

This is where your donation extends far beyond a single class or moment. It becomes consistency. It becomes access. It becomes tools that can support someone long after they leave the room.

Thank you for being part of that ripple.
