Championships aren’t won in front of fans, crowds, and bright lights. They’re are won in the quiet times. The unattended moments. In the moments where people would rather kick their feet up. That’s called mediocrity and it cannot be the standard. We must demand excellence of ourselves daily and moment by moment. I am ready to take this journey together are you!

J all the way!! Let’s help secure this young man’s opportunity to represent his home state of Iowa, his community of Waterloo, his school East High and his team the Titans. This is the beginning and the first of many Waterloo student athletes who will compete at the nations most prestigious tournament the U.S. Marine Corps 16U and Junior Nationals.

Multiple-time Indiana State Champion.
Multiple-time NCAA Qualifier at UNI.
Represented on the National Team for Ireland.
And now bringing knowledge from the highest levels D1 all the way down to high school.
This is more than a practice…this is an OPPORTUNITY.
An opportunity to learn.

Are the core values. This improvement season, we are placing a crown 👑 these. We are recommitting and dedicating ourselves to our values. This isn’t an overnight process nor is it exclusively an individual endeavor. Yes we take the mat independently, yet our effort’s compounds to impact the whole team.

We’re starting Week 3️⃣. With Jay Llewellyn a coach with over 30 years of wisdom and knowledge and former lead wrestling coach at Waterloo East. We are thrilled to welcome Jay home and look forward to getting better tonight. Hope to see you there!
