Located in Watertown, MA we specialize in Choy Lay Fut and Shaolin Kung Fu starting at 6 years old, and teach Yang Tai Chi to adults. Wu Dao directly translates to "Martial Way." It is composed of the Chinese characters Wu , or "martial," and Dao , or the "way" or "path." Wu Dao is therefore the martial artist’s path, which is characterized by physical and mental discipline. The physical training of Wu Dao focuses on strength, flexibility, endurance, and speed. Each drill and training technique is designed to help students develop in one or more of these areas. Regular training will help students gain strength, expand the body’s range of motion, and improve coordination.

Hello/goodbye Cupertino! Got myself a shiny silver after a blitzkrieg visit. Super thanks to Sonny Mannon for the coaching and good conversation! I was able to stay standing and “took down” my opponent twice. She single pointed me to death with high pressure ring outs and fell on me a billion times, so that was fun AND educational, haha. Miss Shelby El Otmani did super well against her, and managed her single legs and muscled techniques with some candor and finesse- we love to see it. She took home the bronze and got to hang for a fun expo match. Nice work!!

It’s tricky to work with someone who has wrestling experience but maybe not YOUR wrestling experience. In BJJ it’s fine to go down on or with your opponent- and I guess it still works in shuai jiao tho it does shut down the actual game somewhat. Not a wash, but a different conversation.

Always good to see Caillou Allen and work in with folks from USA Shuai Jiao. Now it’s time to lock down and zero in for 10/9/26. Here we come.

Found myself in Bandon, OR in search of some higher learning. I definitely found it. Instead of posting any of that tho, take a look at this neat-o beach walking labyrinth. Amazing intention in the construction- truly beautiful and welcoming. A grand experience.

Mister Collin did an outstanding job at this weekends Midsummer Classic up in Maine. Thank you so much to Zodiac Combat Sports for putting on a great event with Nine Tigers Kung Fu at the helm. He came in first in both his hand and weapons divisions with the crowd pleasing Zhen Shan Gun and Xiao Hong Chuan. Collin Burrell wonderful work!!
