Great F45 session β energizing, well-paced, and easy to fit into a busy schedule! πͺβ¨
The studio space is open and bright, and the class was fully structured, so I could focus on giving my best without thinking about the plan. π₯ Each station has a screen showing exactly what to do next, which makes it easy to keep moving and stay focused throughout the workout.
The evening coach, Lauren, was high-energy and fantastic β she gave a clear explanation of what to expect when I first arrived and did a great job keeping an eye on everyone, motivating the class, and providing instruction & modifications as needed. ππΌππΌ
This session offered circuit-style training that hit cardio, strength, and core, and provided an energy that kept me moving & motivated from start to finish.
The class times are super convenient β I was able to squeeze in a Friday night workout and still have time to do a little shopping to kick off my weekend. ππ
Left feeling strong, accomplished, and energized. π

Had the most unique day spa experience at King Spa! πΏβ¨
Prior to visiting, Iβd only read reviews and watched short clips β but none of them truly captured what this Korean-inspired spa offers.
When you arrive, you check in and receive a locker key that links to your account (no wallet needed!). Youβre then directed to the womenβs or menβs locker room β no shoes allowed β where you get your βuniformβ: a baggy t-shirt and shorts set (pink for women, gray for men) and a small orange sweat towel. π
Inside the locker room are the hot tubs, cold tub, and infused steam sauna β but do note: you must be comfortable being n**e, because itβs required to use them! I saved that for the end of my visit and was so glad I did β the steam room was the perfect finishing touch! πΏπ
Once you put on your uniform, you head to the coed area, where you can explore 12 unique rooms β including 8 different saunas, meditation lounges, and more! Each sauna accommodates 10β20 people, and youβll usually spend about 20 minutes in each before rehydrating (next time, Iβm definitely bringing a refillable water bottle).
My favorite? Their hottest room β the Fire Sudatorium, heated from floor to ceiling (160Β° to 200Β° π₯) β followed by a visit to the Ice Room, chilled just above freezing. βοΈ
The main space is filled with leather lounge chairs where you can rest between sauna sessions. Voices must be kept down throughout, especially in the sauna rooms. Entrance to all of the rooms is included in one fee, while additional services are available for an extra cost β such as massage, body scrub, facial, acupressure, v-steam, and a food court with fresh juices, smoothies, salads, and Korean dishes. π₯
Left feeling recharged, refreshed, and relaxed. Highly recommend for a full day of self-care with your partner β or a peaceful, zen-filled girlsβ day! πΈ Iβll definitely be back. ππ§π½ββοΈ

Had the most relaxing Yin Yoga session at Rituals Hot Yoga in Oconomowoc! π§π½ββοΈ
Walking in, the studio vibes are on point β chic, welcoming, and stocked with everything you need. Bonus: there's an adorable house pup that will also greet you! πΆπ
The main class space? Dimly lit, incense-scented, and heated to the temperature of a warm hug.βοΈ I love moving to music, so having your breath & flow of holds & stretches synced perfectly throughout the class β so satisfying! π
Casey, the instructor, gave options for all levels. Extra touches like mini shoulder massages during class and a cooling eucalyptus towel over your eyes at the end? Yes, please. π
As a first-time guest, I received a full tour of this amazing space: lounge, red light mat studio, private studio, showers, sauna, and soon β a cold plunge! π₯Ά
Left feeling relaxed, refreshed & totall zen. πΏ Highly recommend if youβre looking for a spot to unwind, recharge, and move your body mindfully.
