That’s a wrap! 2 and a half hours of work with Patrick Spano Wrestling & Martial Arts! Great work everyone on the mats, we got some new things to work on to sharpen up our game.
REMINDER: Due to the seminar tonight there will be no BJJ class at 6. We will be doing the Patrick Spano seminar at that time. If you want the grappling reps, come join us.
