Movements and equipment utilized which cannot quantify or qualify as a PR regardless of how much weight is involved.

1. Smith Machine (any and all movements)
2. Hip Thrusters
3. Any movement involving a Buso Ball.
4. Leg Press (unless you’re Ronnie Coleman)
5. Sumo stance deadlift (I don’t care if it’s allowed in comps. It’s an abomination)

Just my humble opinion.
