Completed the boil and transferred over to the Carboy... Hoping to hit my mark on the ABV% when fermentation is complete... Finished off today's brew session with adding 2 packs of Oktoberfest Lager Yeast and tucked it away into the fermenter cabinet for the next 4 - 5 days....

Dumping in my first addition of Tettnanger Hops....

Mash is done and the Sweet Wort looks great. Now to add water for the pre- boil volume...

Well it's been a while since I've posted but today is Brew Day... Brewing up my infamous Bebes Brewery Oktoberstout.... If you haven't heard of it before this one is a one of a kind Sweet Stout base with an Oktoberfest flavor... If you had been one of the lucky ones to have tried this one before then you know that this is the one to get in line for... Below you still see that it's Mash Time...

Going to gather up all the required ingredients and will soon be brewing up my infamous Oktoberstout...

Getting ready to put together a shopping list for ingredients to brew up another great homebrew..... Any thoughts or opinions on what the next style should be.....? An IPA, A West Coast Pale Ale, an Octoberfest / Octoberfest or maybe a rich and delicious Stout......?

Kegged up the batch of Bourbon Vanilla Porter Special today, couple more weeks and it will be sampling time...

TBT... One of the very first home brews that I brewed up. This one was called Grand Bohemian Czech Pilsner and was extremely easy to drink, very pleasing.

Got an awesome brew haul today from Bottle Caps Beverage Center in Watertown,NY. Since Founders Breakfast Stout is hard to find in my neck of the woods, I decided to stock up a little bit. Since I had such a victory find, I topped it off with a Ballast Point Victory At Sea coffee and vanilla Porter...
