Workout for Wildlife! Join us on Saturday, June 6th at 11am for a fun workout and an opportunity to meet the ambassador animals at Natures Nursery! 🦝🐇🦅

All proceeds go directly to the animals in their care and will support their many community outreach programs!

Man, this one is a little tougher to come up with the words that accurately explain how exciting this milestone is 💙 Dave earned his 250th workout shirt this week!

Dave has overcome so much in his life. Most recently, he conquered treatment for leukemia, including a bone marrow transplant. A journey none of us can imagine. And he did so with his standard no-nonsense, forge ahead attitude. 💪🏽

Dave inspires our entire gym community! Congratulations, Dave!!! We’re gonna keep on keeping on ✌🏽 getting stronger together!
