Water Aerobic Class is cancelled for tonight 9/8. due to the cold temps this past week. Our Host, Lakeview Resort plans to have the heater up and running for one last class next week!🤩 Hope to see you!

We are excited to celebrate LaVonne Boettcher as July’s Member Spotlight!
Joined PMI: March, 2023
Favorite Exercise: Walking, “because I couldn’t before.”
Workout Schedule: Exercises at least 3 days a week
Motivation: “Seeing improvements in walking and keeping up with the kids.”
Goals: “Stick with it and hopefully lose weight in the future.”
Advice: Start out easy and just start. Set goals and give it time.

A running routine takes time and consistency. Follow this run plan to take those first steps to finish a strong 5k this fall:
-Run 3 times a week-
2 min run, 5 min walk 5-6 times (35-42 min total)
2 min run, 5 min walk 5-6 times (35-42 min total)
3 min run, 5 min walk 4-5 times (32-40 min total)
We hope to begin a weekly group run program in September. Our group will progress in time and distance throughout 8 weeks to hit our goal of running a 5k at the end of the build.
Start running now to feel ready for those group runs later on!
I am looking to add a weekly group run at PMI Total Fitness:
- Wednesdays at 6:00 am, 7:00 am, or 8:00 am
- Tuesdays or Thursdays at 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, or 7:00 pm
Let me know what times work best for you. I am open to other days and times that may work better for the group.
