3 YEARS AT EMBODY HEALTH & WELLNESS ✨🌈🙏🏻
Three years ago I was sitting on an empty studio floor wondering how I was going to make this work. Wondering where the clients would come from or if they would come at all. Wondering what the next month would look like and if I could afford to even pay rent.
Today I sit here and I'm asking completely different questions. Where do I grow next? What does the next 3 years look like? Expansion, more offerings, employees? & never did I actually imagine myself being here...I just faithfully continued to wake up every single day and show up to work to help others. And how unreal it all feels to see it all working out.
There is truly no way to sum up the past 3 years into words, because they inevitably fall short.
What happens here is magic, and I've said it a million times before. But what I'm realizing is that it's not the space, or the business itself, it's the people. The people who show up just as they are willing and open to receive, to learn, to unlearn, to change, to evolve, & to grow, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. And I would not be where I am today without each and every single one of them believing in me. I'm so grateful and excited for what's to come, this is just the beginning!
