Join us September 26 for our second comprehensive athlete assessment. You can attend as a first time athlete or retesting. Every assessment is designed to evaluate an athlete’s movement quality, mobility, limitations, muscular asymmetries, injury risk, and overall performance profile. The data we collect allows us to build an individualized training plan based on objective testing rather than guesswork, ensuring training is focused on the areas that will have the greatest impact on performance and long-term athletic development.

WHEN? SEPTEMBER 26 @ 10AM

WHERE? Della Torre Softball in Watkinsville

WHO? Any baseball or softball players. You do not have to be a pitcher!

COST? $150 for 1st assessment. $75 for 2nd assessment. $50 for ever following assessment after.

Following the assessment, each athlete will meet with our staff to review their results in detail. We will explain what each metric measures, why it was assessed, how it relates to athletic performance, and identify key areas for improvement. Based on these findings, we will provide individualized recommendations to help address weaknesses and maximize performance.

There are a few moments that really gut punch you when you’re a coach.. seeing one of your first ever clients (when we were both babies, 16 and 10 years old) come full circle and you’re now running an event together. All the literal sweat, tears, blood, worry, nights wondering if anything you do is good enough, if you’re doing right by your girls.. all put to rest by moments like these. Lauren always had the greatest work ethic in the room, and now seeing her pass on her love and passion for the game is so, so sweet. My heart is so full!🤍
