Our 10,000 square foot training facility has all of the necessary coaching, weight training, crossfit needs under one roof. We offer private one on one as well as small group individidual training. We recommend you join our daily wrestling practices as well as the weight training/ crossfit work outs offered Monday Wednesday and Friday an hour prior to an intense 2 hour wrestling technique and live

Another season is coming to an end! Wait, do we ever stop? This group of children continue to get better, obtain goals, & are just tough well rounded young children! 2026 kids Freestyle National tournament is in the back window chasing us out of town. We placed 5 of 7. Here's the math.....
