Starting on a health and fitness journey can be overwhelming.
It seems around every corner someone is saying "do this, don't do that. It can be very confusing and sometimes may even prevent you from starting.
Here's a easier way to start, pick one that you think would help the most and give yourself a few weeks and stick to before adding new skills in.
My favorite go to when staring with a new client is the food journal, this is the best way to identify unhealthy eating habits and find alternatives so you don't feel like your missing out.

Yes, weekends are fun and a little indulgence is okay, but don't let yourself get completely off track.
