Kettle Moraine Trap and Sporting Clays Team

Start to a wonderful season.

My name is Nicole Burdick and I am the Head Coach with the Kettle Moraine Trap and Sporting Clays team. We have approximately 45 young men and young ladies participating on our team. Athletes will be traveling all over the state of WI this year including Manitowoc, Sauk Prairie, Warrens, Hartford, Northbrook Il, and many other shoots. The team will also be attending State this year in June and traveling to Ohio for Nationals for 13 days in July. We are part of the SCTP and we are part of the Southern WI shooting conference which consist of 6 teams.

The reason I am reaching out to you is we need your help for our annual KM Invite Shoot the weekend of May 8th through the 11th 2025. The team is looking for donations or sponsors to help our athletes continue to learn and grow in this shooting sport. We are a 501(C)3 club that operates through the Kettle Moraine High School. All donations are tax deductible and will go directly to our program. We are fully funded through participation fees and donations from local businesses and fundraisers and supporters like you. Funds go to help cover cost of needed equipment, insurance, coach training, registration fees, weekly practice cost, uniforms, and event fees. It also goes to help cover the cost for those attending Nationals in Ohio. Your generosity will help our athletes grow in a sport they all love, and will get to participate in the rest of their lives.

We will have approximately 400 student athletes along with many spectators at our May Invitational, and we are asking for your help. We are hoping to offer meat raffles, silent auction items, and themed gift basket raffles. The team is hoping you would be willing to send us some items to fill our baskets and auction items this year. We are looking for anything from hats, shooting gear, gift certificates, water bottles or marketing materials to fill theme raffle baskets. Items can also be marketing materials to help advertise your organization. The team appreciates anything you would be willing to donate. Items can either be arranged for pick up or you can mail donated items to myself. If interested in being a financial sponsor, please see attached form. JOIN KM TRAP/CLAYS TEAM!!!! Kettle Moraine Trap and Sporting Clays season is gearing up for 2025. We are going to host two registration/open house events in the High School Library. One on Thursday December 5th from 5-7pm and a second Monday December 9th from 5-7 pm. These events are for KM Students grades 6-12. We will go over what the team is all about and answer any questions. We will also be signing up new and returning athletes. SWEEPSTAKES AND FUNDRAISING COMPETITION

MidwayUSA Foundation presents Hometown Challenge (HTC), a fundraising event that allows teams to grow their endowment and donors to win prizes. Every $20 donation is an entry in our multi-prize sweepstakes, giving your favorite team the chance to win our fundraising competition. We’ll award the top five fundraising teams and draw 30 participating teams to win $1,000 each.

All proceeds are donated to the endowment of the donor’s choice, and donations are matched! See our current matching program here.

Throughout the month of September, every $20 donation is an entry into our multi-prize sweepstakes. Donate as much as you like to increase your chances of winning! For example, a $100 donation to your favorite team gives you 5 sweepstakes entries. Prizes include coolers, gift cards, ammo, fi****ms, glasses, and more! Additionally, the youth shooting teams that receive the most donations in September can win endowment funds, and all teams that receive a contribution during HTC are entered into a drawing to win $1,000!
