The Midwest Industries Bounty Hunter Rail System is on the range for testing this morning.
There have been lots of questions about this system since we showed an early version in January.
This system is not going to be available for every gun or barrel length. This particular firearm is a 686 with a 6” barrel.
We will provide more specifics later.

This is what the downed pilot / WSO is likely armed with on the ground in Iran; the GAU-5A.

It's a mission specific takedown AR15 variant with a 12.5'' 5.56 barrel, MLOK rail with QD lever, MBUS Pro sights, folding grip, and 4x 30 round magazines that are stored under the ejection seat.

It's certainly a much better option than the USAF's old "survival" rifle...
