Working with our juniors on body control and stride/load coordination. We make this a team challenge and go to the video to score. Kids are in to it!!!

This is the "Accountability Board" for our Hitting and Pitching performance programs. Each week we update the player averages. Green means up, black means no change and red means their avg. is down from the week before. You don't think numbers matter? You should see the players (and parents) flock around that wall!!!
