Today was a day filled with lots of fun activities. The morning we started out with coffee under the awning there was a bit of a chill in the but still very nice. During our lunch hour we enjoyed music from Hannah one of our staff members who loves playing her accordion for us. Cooking memories was a tasty fresh cold shrimp pasta salad and it was so tasty. To end our afternoon residents were in many different groups enjoying cards, mahjong, and connect 3.

Most falls don't happen during anything dramatic. They happen when getting up too fast, or missing a step you've climbed a hundred times before.

That's the good news, too, because it means small changes make a real difference. Better lighting. Slower mornings. Shoes that actually fit right.

Nothing here requires a big overhaul. Just a little more attention to the ordinary moments.

Sports day today was the best,lots of fun sports teams were being worn everyone did such a great job with their outfits. We also enjoyed a fun pie face game that had us all giggling like children. Such a fun day!
