Today was our monthly trip to plover to do some shopping and enjoy a great lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings the food was very good we all enjoyed our meals. When we returned to Park Vista we enjoyed our Sip & Savor activity where we served Mango & Pina Colada smoothies with a little snack of pretzels and cheese.

July is UV Safety Awareness Month, and it's worth knowing: older skin burns faster and shows sun damage sooner. That's why the outdoor time our residents love comes with a little quiet planning behind it, morning walks before the peak hours, shaded patios, and sunscreen within arm's reach at every outdoor activity.

Enjoying the season and being protected from it aren't opposites. Done right, they're the same thing.
