​We want to give a massive thank you to the incredible Adrian College Athletes and the dedicated team at Wauseon Recreation Association! 👏

​These fantastic groups came together and worked their tails off managing the parking at the Fulton County Fair. That is no small task, and we appreciate your hard work and volunteer spirit!

Thursday, 9/10/26:

Just a friendly reminder that the first practice for our Cheerleading program grades 4-6 is this next Monday, 9/14, from 6-730 in the Wauseon HS Multipurpose Room. Clinics will be held at that time and location on the following dates: 9/14, 9/17, 9/21, 9/24, 9/28, 10/1, 10/5, 10/8, and 10/12.

We ask that participants wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes to the practices. We also ask that you please bring you own water bottle. Please do not share water bottles for health and sanitary reasons.

Unfortunately we are in the same situation as yesterday with the heat. As a result, all activities/practices thru Wauseon Recreation are CANCELLED for today.

Having said that, we WILL still be taking Youth Tackle Football pictures here today AS SCHEDULED.

ALSO and VERY IMPORTANT…

>Coach Parsons has arranged for THIS THURSDAY, 8/27, to be YOUTH NIGHT at the HS Volleyball match v. Hicksville. All rec youth players will be admitted FREE !! All parents/guardians will pay the normal gate fee. Please make an effort to attend and support the HS team !!

We are looking for young adults and/ or HS seniors to ref some flag football games here at Biddle Park this fall. We need to bolster our staff of referees !!

The pay is $30 per game (games take about 45/50 minutes) and you will be trained prior to your first game. No experience is required. If interested, please call the Recreation office at 419-335-8334 and ask to speak with Hugo
